Quickly swap heads, sliders, and other accessories for seamless transitions with the XCHANGE from Manfrotto, an innovative quick-release system that allows quick detachment between its base and plate. The flat base mount features a standard 3/8"-16 thread and the plate has a 3/8"-16 top attachment screw, which easily drops into place and allows full 360-degree motion. It incorporates anti-rotation teeth to secure any mounted head or device from coming unscrewed from the plate. This lightweight aluminum accessory holds payloads up to 44 lb and with its compact design at just 9.9 oz, you can take it anywhere.
