Sporting complementary Sony E mounts on at each end, this teleconverter supports electronic communication between the attached camera and lens. By increasing the focal length of a lens, the teleconverter allows tighter shots of far away subjects and creates a shallower depth of field for a more stylized look. A built-in USB-C port allows convenient connectivity for firmware upgrades.
