Teradek RT - FIZ Kit (CTRL.5, MDR.X, MOTR.S MAX)

Teradek RT systems combine premium lens-control technology with smart design, allowing you to view and adjust critical lens data and functions directly on your CTRL.5 screen for unparalleled accuracy and dependability on set. 

The FIZ Kit includes:

CTRL.5 

CTRL.5 raises the bar for wireless FIZ lens-control handsets with a 5-inch SmallHD Ultra-bright touchscreen powered by CTRL.OS, a task-specific evolution of SmallHD’s PageOS. View critical lens data overlays while pulling focus without taking your eyes off the video feed. Calibrate lenses to pre-marked focus rings and access configurations at any time via the touchscreen or one of eleven programmable function buttons. The hand unit includes a multitude of mounting points for accessories. CTRL.5 is fully cross-compatible across the Teradek RT Lens Control Ecosystem. 

MDR.X 

Teradek RT receivers are easy to mount, can connect to iOS devices via bluetooth for configuration, control, and support for up to three motors. This FIZ kit comes with the robust multi-motor port MDR.X which offers additional third-party rangefinder integrations (FocusBug and CineRT). The Teradek TOF.1 rangefinder works with both MDR.S and MDR.X.

MOTR.S MAX

Teradek RT motors offer generous power and speed for driving even the heaviest lenses, giving you responsiveness & precision with every pull. MOTR.S MAX offers 1.2Nm of peak torque and operates nearly silently even at the highest speeds thanks to its brushless design. The optional MOTR.S is a more compact version of the MAX; it offers high speed while being almost 20% lighter. MOTR.S is sold separately. 

Note: While three RT Motor Cables are included in the RT FIZ Wireless Lens Control Kit (ST-ST 0.2m, ST-ST 0.4m, and ST-ST 0.6m), additional RT Motor Cables are available in specific lengths for additional motors (20cm, 30cm, or 60cm).

Hand Grips

The three-piece lightweight Bocote wood Hand Grip Kit consists of a Palm Grip to hand-balance the unit, a Thumb Grip for traction, and a Ring Guard to secure the tightening knob.

Monitor Mount

The low-profile, bolt-on monitor hinge cube keeps the monitor close to the handset. A hinged rosette with removable anti-twist pins ensures a stable connection and the ability to mount additional accessories to the cube.

Lightweight Kickstand

Supports your CTRL.5 at a 90º or 45º angle on a flat surface. Mounts to the top or bottom of the handset to provide additional ⅜”-16 and ¼”-20 mounting points.

Colored Silicone Knob Grips

Color code to your camera or personalize your controller with color knob grips. The grips feature finger grooves around the cap which maximize comfort.
