Tilta Camera Cage for Sony FX9 -Gold Mount

The Gold mount version Camera Cage with Battery Plate for the Sony FX9 from Tilta is a comprehensive modular system with a Gold mount battery plate distribution box and a VCT-U14 baseplate with a shoulder pad. The power box offers two 2-pin LEMO and three D-Tap outputs, and it comes with an external XLR power input module to provide an alternative power solution for the camera. The cage also has a built-in lens adapter support bracket and top, front, and rear 15mm rod ports. 

For mounting, the cage features 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory and tripod mount threads, 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 ARRI-style anti-twist threads, and ARRI-style rosettes for extension arms and handgrips. 

Gold Mount Battery Plate 

The battery plate attaches to the included top plate on the back of your camera and allows you to power the camera and accessories. It provides two 2-pin LEMO and three D-Tap outputs, and comes with an external 4-pin XLR power input module. The battery plate can be adjusted back and forth from the back of the camera via a bracket to help optimally balance the camera on your shoulder. 

VCT-U14 Baseplate with Shoulder Pad 

The VCT-U14 baseplate features an ergonomic shoulder pad and a 15mm LWS rod mount on the front and back. Two 7.9" rods are included for attaching accessories such as a follow focus. Standard ARRI-style rosettes on the sides of the baseplate allow you to install extension arms or additional handgrips, and an integrated, adjustable lens support on the front provides support for longer, heavier lenses. The baseplate also features a quick release plate on the bottom that provides 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 tripod mount threads, and this plate is interchangeable with select other Tilta quick release plates. 

Top and Side Plates 

The top plate attaches to the top of the camera without interfering with the camera's original top handle. It features a 15mm rod clamp on top for mounting an EVF and accessories to included 1.8" short 15mm rods. The side plate connects the top plate with the baseplate, and both the top and side plates offer multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 ARRI-style anti-twist threads to incorporate additional accessories.
