Teradek OMOD AKS OMOD XLR2 Cage & Handle Kit

The Teradek OMOD | AKS XLR2 Cage and Handle Kit consists of a full cage (DSMC2 Riser Plate, Side Arm, and Top Plate), plus a Standard Top Handle to get your RED DSMC2 camera rig-ready with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting points. Additional components from Teradek can be added or exchanged to customize your rig later on, so you can view this kit as a jumping-off point. Teradek OMOD | AKS DSMC2 Riser Plate
The Teradek OMOD | AKS DSMC2 Riser Plate lifts the DSMC2 camera body to the correct height for compatibility with 19mm and 15mm studio rod systems. Two 3/8"-16 screws are included for securing the plate to the camera base. Once secured, your DSMC2 camera will correctly fit RED, Wooden Camera, Element Technica, and OFFHOLLYWOOD bridge plates. 1/4"-20 threads are placed around the plate for 15mm LWS rod clamps from Element Technica and Wooden Camera or as convenient accessory mounting points.

Teradek OMOD | AKS Extended DSMC2 Top Plate Version B
The Teradek OMOD | AKS Extended DSMC2 Top Plate Version B is a low-profile 5.2"-long top plate for RED DSMC2 cameras with OMOD gear. The design of the plate fits around the OMOD COMMAND module's antennas and won't interfere with LCD touchscreen contacts. It also features a pogo pin passthrough for connecting a start/stop trigger handle. 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads are available for securing accessories and articulating arms. The 3/8"-16 threads, in particular, have ARRI registration notches for compatibility with ARRI rig accessories.

Teradek OMOD | AKS Wide Side Arm
The Teradek OMOD | AKS Wide Side Arm joins the OMOD DSMC2 Riser and a DSMC2 Top Plate to create a full camera cage. 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes can be used for convenient accessory mounting on the side of the camera. The 3/8"-16 threads have ARRI registration notches for compatibility with ARRI rig accessories. The wide design of this arm will clear the SSD module on the operator side of the camera.

Teradek OMOD | AKS 15mm LWS Rod Clamp Riser for Top Handle
The Teradek OMOD | AKS 15mm LWS Rod Clamp Riser for Top Handle lets you build a robust handle that connects to the top of your camera. The 3/8"-16 threaded hole with registration pins accepts separately available short or long handle extensions. 15mm rods can be clamped in, and when used on a DSMC2 camera, they will be set at the correct height conforming with the 15mm LWS standard.

Teradek OMOD | AKS Back Riser for Top Handle
The Teradek OMOD | AKS Back Riser for Top Handle enables longer top handle configurations by acting as a brace to add support at the rear of the camera.

Teradek OMOD | AKS Top Handle Short Extension
The Teradek OMOD | AKS Top Handle Short Extension allows you to build out a cinema-grade top handle. This extension is 2.9" long for creating a low-profile handle or adding small increments to your existing handle. Using 3/8"-16 threads, multiple extensions can be linked together, starting at the LWS Riser, for custom configurations. Many of the 3/8"-16 threads, in particular, have ARRI registration notches for compatibility with ARRI rig accessories.

Teradek OMOD | AKS Top Handle Long Extension
The Teradek OMOD | AKS Top Handle Long Extension allows you to build out a cinema-grade top handle. This extension is 4.7" long for creating a longer handle or adding length to an existing handle. Using 3/8"-16 threads, multiple extensions can be linked together, starting at the LWS Riser, for custom configurations. Many of the 3/8"-16 threads, in particular, have ARRI registration notches for compatibility with ARRI rig accessories.
