Dust-and-drip resistance.

The NIKKOR Z 400mm f/2.8 TC VR S has a magnesium alloy structure with sealing across movable parts on the lens barrel and a rubber gasket around the lens mount for superior dust and drip resistance5. A flourine-coated front element also repels dust, water and oil which makes it much easier to clean.
