This series of base plates is designed for users with multiple tripod heads. The base plate is installed on the bottom of a ball head, fluid head, or gimbal head allowing for quick swapping on a tripod. In addition to the 3/8"-16 mounting screw, the base plate also has two M6 anti-twist screws. There are two anti-slip safety screws on the bottom to prevent accidental drops.
